The room was not clean. There were blonde hairs on the bathroom floor and sink. They also were on the carpet. The nightstand was dusty. My room wasn't cleaned the whole week I was there. The linen wasn't changed on the bed for the whole week.

Michelle was great at breakfast,very friendly with my grandkids and made us feel welcome!Angelique at the front desk got us checked in quickly and was very friendly! The room was clean,but the beds were not very comfortable. The only reason I gave 3 stars on amenities is the indoor pool was shut down at this location and was not stated on the website at booking, but we were able to walk next door and use the pool at their other hotel.

Michelle at breakfast was amazing. The front desk staff was really friendly. It was the perfect pit stop between our locations.
