Very convenient location next to station and shps

Very, very noisy on arrival. Whole room was shaking from noise next door. Amenities and condition very dated.

Hotel is in need of renovation, window frame was broken. Room was very small and not very quiet. One thin pillow provided. Only positive was very well located to Birmingham new street station.
