The front desk lady (I think she might have been the owner) went above and beyond. I accidently booked the wrong night and showed up a day early. She kindly changed the reservation and gave us a room for the current night rather than the next night which I'd booked. I was slightly past the cancellation time, so she could have charged me for the next night, but she didn't. That's amazing customer service. The room was ready and clean. Comfortable beds. Our teens LOVED the vintage vibes. It was a pleasant change from the modern chain hotels. We would definitely stay here again.

There were bugs in the bed and all around the room. The bathroom was dirty. The room smelled weird.
