Elizabeth and Victor offered to carry our elderly auntie who has a broken hip up/down several flights of stairs since the building lacked an elevator, as well as giving her a separate room for one night. They went above and beyond to accommodate us!

Very poor service! No front desk and they never sent the instructions with the code needed once the guests arrives. The email was actually sent only 10 hours AFTER we checked out. When approached afterwards to get clarification, they were not only unhelpful but also extremely rude and disrespectful!
