Reservations were not honored as originally scheduled upon arrival. Room's bath room had leftover hair left on towel hooks and toothpaste spit on sink faucets. The entire lobby area stinks. I was provided with two coffee cards at check-in; did not know I was eligible for more cards until the last day of stay, when the weekend barista told me I didn't need to pay for the coffee if I was a guest.

When we first got to the room, there was loose candy and wrappers and other garbage on the floor and food in the chair, from the previous guests. It appeared the only cleaning of the room which had been done before our stay was to make the bed, replace trash can liners, and to quickly wipe down the surfaces and place a new bar of soap in the bathroom.
