Front desk was rude. Almost refused me after stating multiple times I made a reservation online. The door did not lock. The water pressure in the shower was weak. The mattress was hard. The pillows were flat. The AC was bad. The hairdryer almost caught fire. The carpet was sticky? How do you make a whole Capet sticky??
