This independent motel was nicely maintained and met our needs for a clean, comfortable, quiet, and safe place to stay while visiting the nearby Frank Lloyd Wright estate. It was a charming place at which we would stay again if in the area.

It was generally pretty quiet. If you have a next door neighbor or someone talking outside, it does get a little noisy. Otherwise, it's a nice deal and the rooms are and have what you need.

It's an old fashioned court-style motel, with low rates and clean and nicely appointed rooms. I think my room may have been recently remodeled. Good value if you aren't looking for all the bells and whistles.
