Internet and channels kept going out. Damaged ceiling in bathroom, tub dirty and caulking coming off.

RIKKI at the front desk was kind, helpful and welcoming. She gave us recommendations for food and drinks in the area.

Hotel is old but in good shape. Room was clean and had amenities stated (soap, shampoo, towels, coffee pot). Great location downtown so very easy to walk to some really nice restaurants/bars in area. We had kids w/ us and did not feel unsafe at any point, even in evening. I would suggest that the hotel take down the old pictures of the on property restaurants/bars that do not exist any more...seems misleading. Also, would be nice to at least offer a small continental breakfast. Front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. Parking lot was also nice to have and easy to use. Overall a good economical hotel if you want to be in the heart of downtown erie.
