Two staff members were great. the young lady that checked me in (I didn't get her name) and the night clerk, Jeremy. There was not any soap, coffee, or tea in the room. Nor were there any cups. the TV didn't work at all and the wi-fi was very spotty. The middle aged gentleman who checked me out said we would be getting a discount for our inconvenience however our card was charged the full amount. This is the first time I've had a problem while staying here. In the past, I have had excellent service.
