It’s a cool and quiet place to stay as a couple or by yourself parking is pretty nice as well it’s a few places that you can go out to eat at as well that’s not to far from the hotel me and my husband enjoyed our stay and probably will be coming back soon

This place being offered by Hotels.com is ridiculous to say the least. Extremely wore down building. The water is contaminated it says right when you walk in. They do not have clean sheets when you ask for new ones they will not give you any they say “they all look like that”. Then the locals who live there are so dirty and inconsiderate. A fight broke out between the tenants a gun was pulled and the hotel refused to call police. The tenant actually told them to go back to their room. Yes the tenant with a weapon told the hotel workers what to do. Hotels.com needs to do do secret vacations just like secret shoppers and really see what type of hotels they are offering online cause people getting situations where they can’t afford to move to a new hotel. It was so hard for hotels.com to help me and my kids to get help with a new room the customer service was completely awful the last supervisor I spoke with actually understood entirely it took about 5 calls and being treated awful just to get help. I was very disappointed in hotels.com.
