It was was very comfortable and convenient to downtown. I would stay here again.

The location is great. I could walk to everything. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room set up and the space was nice but the walls seem to be very thin. I could hear everything in both condos next to me. If the tv was on in one of their rooms I could hear it. I could hear conversations. The neighbors morning alarm clock woke me up at 6am and every time they pressed snooze. The balcony is off the main bedroom and the doors and windows are not very sound proof like you’d expect from a hotel. I could hear all the traffic and the bars music until late in the night. I’ve stayed at the hotel directly across the street and have never had any of these issues there. My opinion is that Athens Game Day Center was not built well (at least in the sense of sound proofing). Also , the room was pretty clean and the linens were clean but I thought I’d be nice and strip the beds for the maid before we left and the pillows were disgusting and so was the mattress cover on my bed. So if you are someone that likes to party late into the night and you don’t mind noise this property would be fine for you but if those things bother you than don’t stay here.
