The staff was lovely and helpful. Central location, so a bit loud given proximity to Trevi fountain but very central.

The property is very well located but it looks ran down. It's not well-kept. It has the potential to be a very nice boutique hotel but it's not in maintained well. It was also superficially cleaned when our room was given to us.

In a busy area close to the attractions staff were really good the guy who checked us in gave us so many recommendations on were to go for food and the best way of seeing the area
