Please inform Hotel Garni Reulein of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 80 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests staying in the Two-Bedroom Apartment must pay the full amount of the reservation in cash. Please note that the hotel reception operates with limited opening hours (7:00-11:00 and 17:00-22:00) on weekends between October - March.
