No one at the front desk every time we passed there was a sign noting to call a number for assistance which we had to do to check in. The room lacked soap, drinking cups, Kleenex, the fitted sheet on one of the beds was not on the correct way so we had to remake the bed in order for the fitted sheet to stay on. There was an odor (some type of spice/cooking scent) through the area. The pictures shown on the website do not represent the what we found. The breakfast included was not what was represented. Coffee was out, somewhat inconvenient set up with two rooms. No individual servings (milk) was communal from a gallon sized container. Only pastries were 2 boxes of dunkers from Kwik Trip.
