Clean spacious room with really comfy bed. Very easy check in but need to do the online check in before arriving at the property. Good breakfast and it closes at 11am which was very welcome.

We were assigned the wrong room. Took ages to check in. Prices in the hotel were overpriced in the sense they were trying to be something more luxury than they were. Acted slightly snotty and pompous but their amenities did not reflect an expensive hotel. Had a nightmare with parking where they didn’t explain properly how to use their validation ticket and gave us one for the wrong car park so had to go back. Ordered drinks at the bar before going out and the guy behind the bar was swearing whilst making drinks that took 15 minutes to arrive. Would not recommend, avoid this hotel.

Great hotel and staff. Only downside is no parking - tho' NCP car park is nearby and offers a discount to hotel customers.
