The hotel staff were brilliant, very friendly, helpful and most importantly welcoming. the bar area clean and great for a day time meeting / catch up. My room was spot on, clean, the shower was great, the overall room temp was great.

Generally a pleasant stay' clean , decent sized room etc However, the lighting control in the room was poor...not enough or too much.. Also........the temperature of the shower water was eye poppingly hot, so much so, that it was barely usable, other than make tea with. I just could not adjust the water temperature,it was stuck fast, I literally had to hop in/out to get clean. I mentioned it to reception on the morning after my first night but sadly nothing was done by the time I left after four nights. Disappointing. Why do hotels have such cheap, useless shower controls? Even if they are working you can barely adjust them as they have shallow slippery controls with just a little bump on that that you can't get a grip on with wet hands.
