I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. From the moment I arrived, there were clear issues with cleanliness and overall management. The biggest problem was the presence of roaches in the room. Seeing multiple insects crawling around made it impossible to feel comfortable or safe, and it raised serious concerns about hygiene standards. This alone made the stay extremely unpleasant. The “General Manager” Charles was extremely rude! We booked a stay for a week coming in from out of town and were concerned about arriving close to closing office hours so we contacted the office with concerns to weigh our options. Charles dismissed us as if we were nothing, then when asked his name he became snappy. Additionally, there were groups of people hanging around outside the property at all hours, which made the environment feel unsafe and unwelcoming. Overall, I would not recommend staying here. Between the cleanliness issues, poor customer service, and uncomfortable atmosphere, this was easily one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had! Pictures are falsely advertised for the property.

Not really, but housekeeping and the manager moved quickly to fix the problem The property is much improved from what it used to be and the staff was friendly.

The place is not bad they tried upgrading the rooms which was OK however, there is no cart to be able to bring up your belongings so you have to carry them all the way through the hotel to your room.
