My stay was great and the staffs was professional,friendly. No Complain.

This reservation was CANCELLED because my room was not available after over an hour past check in time. I left a deposit when I got there, and was STILL charged for the whole night. 4 phone calls later, including a message to the manager got us nowhere. The reservation desk assured us that we would be credited and even gave us a gift for our trouble. I’m guessing she knew we would pay no matter what.
