✦ The minimum age required for check-in is 18 years old.

✦ Please ensure you have a valid ID for check-in, as it is mandatory for entry.

✦ Indoor shared pool available all year, opened from 9:00AM to 9:00PM.

There are several additional things to note:

✦ A credit/debit card is required at check-in for a $100 refundable deposit, returned after check-out if no damages occur.

✦ A mandatory resort fee of $15.00 per night will be collected upon check-in, not included in the daily rate.

✦ Pets are welcome with an additional charge of $30.00 (per pet). Max 3 pets per unit. No breed or type restrictions

✦ We use multi-unit listings, so rooms are similar but may have small differences.

✦ The maximum number of days that you may book per reservation is only 28 days.

✦ Late check-out is subject to availability for a fee.
