Our room was disgusting... I had to wash walls to even be comfortable staying. Black hand prints on door trim and walls. Sticky cold tile floors. It stunk. We did bring pets, but we also paid a pet fee. You should not be give a discusting room, just because you have pets. We also booked this room because we wanted a hot tub. Again disappointed. They did have one, it was even clean, but it was freezing cold.

I've stayed at this place several times never had an issue until this last time. After checking we go to our room the door was a jar so i didn't need to use the key the bath tub was dirty it looked like someone had been in there and tried to steal the fridge and then i go to sit down on one of the chairs the next morning and there was a man's toe nail clipping just sitting in the chair. I don't know that i will stay here again.

room was DIRTY won't be staying here again. No hot water so we took a cold shower, dirty walls, dirty hand prints on the door frames in the bathroom. broken lamp. someone elses tooth brush in the drawer, half full used lotion bottle.. trash behind dressers..
