First of all this hotel is not for professional travelers and secondly it’s for homeless individuals and transient people. The room smelled like a forgotten senior living place. The floor was dirty with black spots. The ceiling had peeled coming off. The heater was not working properly and was very loud. The bed covers were not clean well and there were spots on it sheets. The bed was a box spring and no mattress. The box spring was so hard I could hardly move my body to sleep. The electrical sockets in the bedroom area did not work I had to use the bathroom to charge my phone. When I arrived I was no allowed to use the lobby so everyone had to use outside office. No drawers for clothes, extremely small soap, no clock, refrigerator or microwave. NO FRESH AIR EITHER. There was no remote in my room so I had to go back up to the front desk and get it. I walk with a cane, sometimes it’s a bit of a challenge most hotels offer assistance not this one. This hotel should not be offered on . It is a compete rip off. Nothing one you sit. How are hotels able to get away with this nonsense.
