Hotel was under remodel with no mention when booking. Elevator didn’t work half the time. Got into a verbal altercation with maintenance manager and left our stay early. Still waiting on hotels.com to get back to me on a refund.

I should have paid more attention; this is an extended stay hotel so it is not set up for a 1 or 2 night stay. On a positive note, there was a kitchen in the room

Room was great minus the TP holder being broken. There is some renovation going on on the ground floor so the gym was unavailable. The coffee and breakfast to go items were not done in the morning.
