When we arrived in our room there were grime marks in the bathroom and the floors were not super clean. The outlet between the beds was broken and there were very few other outlets. The pool was green until day 3 of our stay. The breakfast didn’t offer much, which is ok, but it would have been nice to offer some fridge items or some different things. We stayed 4 nights and were not offered any tidying or towels, but we went and asked for some. For the price, I am thankful, but having things clean makes for a more comfortable stay.

No towels in room when i checked-in. Mold growing on shower head. Carpet in room coming apart. No Internet in room. No ice machine. Dirty socks behind bathroom door.No jam seal on entry door.

The room was 85° and smelled like it hadnt been used in months, took forever for the AC to get cold and cool the room down some. The stairwells had absolutely no lighting in them so it was hard for my elderly mother to see. I reserved a ground floor room and got 2nd floor. Beds were super uncomfortable and thr were stains on the bath towels. I will never stay at this place again.
