We requested a handicapped room since I was traveling with my 80 year old dad. They confirmed on multiple occasions the room was handicapped accessible. The only thing it had was handrails by toilet. The bath was not accessible therefor for 4 days he couldn’t use it. Pool was also on bad condition. Went in one night about 5pm and low on towels, the towels they had were trashed. Broken windows and towels probably from Night before clogging up the pool on the bottom. Shout out to the breakfast chef though he was AMAZING!

The staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. While the room itself was comfortable, we did have some issues with the bathroom. We were assigned an accessible room without requesting one, and the shower leaked significantly across the floor. Additionally, the shampoo and body wash dispensers were non-functional. It was a bit disappointing as everything else about the stay was great.

The room was outdated. The ac control panel was old and loose from the wall. The fact that in order for the shower to come on the spout had to be pulled down that was unsanitary. The staff was ok. The towels were thin and had a brown stain on them
