Easy location for getting around Mount Pleasant and Charleston. Plenty of space in the room. Only wish their breakfast started earlier as we are early risers.

WiFi in the room wasn’t working and talking to the front desk the answer I received was that some rooms have this issue and it’s been this way for a while. There was no aim to resolve this issue. When I pressed again I was told I had to call their IT support and see if I could fix it!!! Extremely poor customer service. Stayed 2 nights without any WiFi. Will probably not stay there again.
