Primary issues were that when you ordered from their restaurant it said to put your room number as your last name and they would bring it to your room. Eventually. I called down and they said yes. It's here. Asked if they were bringing it to me. They said normally we don't but they could this time. It seems weird to advertise it if you're not going to do it. The other odd thing was that you have to run the hot water for 15 minutes or so to actually get hot water. A recirculation pump on the hot water would fix that.

We were in 128 and it with the street traffic it was so loud and hard to sleep. Also the pillows were rock hard.
