The mattress sagged in a U-shape and the acoustics were very bad; you could hear the next room very easily. the location is excellent.

NO MOLD, NO Cockroaches, NO Carpet, Sanitary Tile flooring, NO Strong Chemical odor, just clean, A/C works exceptional.

Excellent location, with the beach on the doorstep and in an iconic art deco building. This is Ocean Drive so it is very lively day and night but it was quiet in my room. It has basic amenities but it has got a good size fridge and air conditioning, it is clean and the customer service is excellent. You will get daily messages from the hotel in case you need anything and the reception staff is also very helpful (thank you Suzy!). The room will not be cleaned (unless you pay 30$) so bear that in mind but it was not a problem for a short stay. They provide beach parasols and towels. Great value! I will definitely return!
