Hotel itself was lovely and restaurant great. Plenty of breakfast choice. Well situated to walk into town centre as only a 2min walk and only 5mins from station. The reception staff all great and very helpful. Only problem we had were in the room itself and could be a one off in that specific room (305) where the plumbing on the toilet didn’t work properly and the television kept fuzzing over.Hopefully they are things that can be fixed as the rest of room and shower fab.

Staff are amazing all customer focussed and nothing was too much trouble. Close to city centre and rail station. Room was clean and had lots of amenities, could not really open curtails as the view was not so good, looking onto other windows in close proximity and had glaze over bottom of window, which might not bother some guests but we do prefer a view when in hotel rooms (this was room 301). Food was delicious and service faultless. Definitely would return but would ask for different room.
