Great option for the price. Full kitchen setup, comfy bed…..I’ll be back.

The front desk was not available or seemed agitated when we arrived at 830pm. No lobby bathroom available after a 3 hour drive, had to wait to be checked into room to use a restroom with a family. No one answered the phone at the front desk when we called several times asking for bedding for the couch/bed. No continental breakfast available- only muffins and warm coffee creamer.

Room smelled musty with strong cleaners. We had a room with a pull out coach, and when we asked for bedding for the pull out couch they only provided 2 fitted sheets and a thin fleece blanket. They said they don’t have pillows and we’d have to use the ones in the bed, which only had 3. The elevator in the South building was slow and saw that the inspection certificate expired in October 2024. When booking the hotel, it promoted breakfast included. When breakfast time came, they only had coffee, tea, and packaged mini muffins. Nothing else.
