There was chipped paint on the closet handles. We could hear everything outside. There was no HD cable. The pool was very small.

I stayed at SpringHill Suites by Marriott Morgantown and was disappointed with the overall experience so far. Surprisingly, there wasn’t even a basic complimentary water bottle provided in the room, which is something most hotels offer as a standard. The amenities were quite limited and honestly felt below what you’d expect even from an average 2-star hotel in the area. The hot tub was not hot enough, and the swimming pool water was too cold, so we couldn’t use either facility. For the price being charged, it feels like you’re paying more for the Marriott brand name than for actual comfort or value. I have not had breakfast yet, as I am staying tonight and will be having breakfast tomorrow. I will update my review accordingly after that. Based on my experience so far, I would not recommend this property.
