Older property and some of the rooms are quite small, at least ours was smaller than anticipated. Parking was a small headache. The location is great! It is “Old Quebec” and that was the vibe we were hoping to experience. Easy walking distance to soo much! Maria was very helpful. She obviously cares about her work and makes the extra effort. A true asset.

Location is excellent as it is right next to the Frontenac Chateau. There is no parking and the closest parking is about 10 minutes walk near St. Jean st. That was not really a problem for us as we are familiar with the old town. The building is a beautiful old building couple hundred years old at least. I love staying in these buildings. Unfortunately our room was the smallest I've ever seen and this was not our first stay in the area. Bathroom was not too clean and drain was clogged which I reported.

Location. Next door to Fairmont Hotel and St. Lawrence River. Walkable. Friendly staff when we arrived. Cute rooms facing park. Unfortunately construction up street making it difficult to access.
