Room was ok. Staff was rude. My car’s windshield was broken by one of the customers cars

The staff were nice, but I wasn't happy with the service. My daughter snd I were not given the room the room which I reserved. They gave me another room. I asked if the shower had handicap rails and I was assured that it did have. When we walked in the room and checked there were none. Were were moved to another room with a king size bed. My daugher was told that they would bring a roll-away bed. They never brought it. It was never brought. She slept on the floor.
