No fire place. That’s what sold me on the room. I had to work on the toilet to stop it from running. Not a working drain plug in the hot tub. Some of the lights were not working. Your accessible ramp had snow piled up at the bottom, blocking access. My expectations for the price were definitely not met.

I always choose this hotel on my frequent visits to Juneau. Cozy room, exceptional staff, and a hot breakfast? Cant be beat.
