Room reminded me of the 80s. Bathroom was awful. Shower was linked to bath taps and was scolding hot or cold. Thick old silicone around the top of the bath, old piece of vinyl that must have been laid 20 years ago. Room used a macerator which was noisy and both bath and basin were plumbed into. Even the mugs were dirty. Not impressed given the previous reviews.

Very quirky old place.We did have an en suite which not all have.You can expect some oddness when a building is this old.We loved it there.The staff were great as was the food.Very comfortable and clean.Would stay again.

Lovely place to stop in a small village. Staff very friendly and helpful. Mostly locals patronise the hotel and happy to chat with tourists. Food is great
