Chatz is the most attentive and cordial and professional front desk I have ever had the pleasure of meeting if you go to the Fairfield inn in Columbus Ohio hotel make sure to say hello to Chatz he will make your day with his smile and kindness

Don’t stay at this hotel. When will check the whole town there was a damp wet smell from the carpet. When I reported it to the front desk, they offered me 5000 Bonvoy points which is equivalent to $40 and a can of Lysol spray. When I called the website, they reached out to the hotel and was told that we could check out and go to another hotel and get a full refund. We traveled for quite a while and we were exhausted and all the hotels in the local area we booked just like this hotel. I was told to come back down at six in the morning and speak to the manager. Fast forward I showed up at 6:30 and the manager wasn’t even supposed to come in until 7 AM. I have yet to receive any compensation from the hotel whatsoever. I was told by the night auditor that I would receive an email or a phone call and 12 hours later I still haven’t received anything from the manager.
