It took forever to check in, and when I went to my room, the door would not open so I had to go back to the front desk. Walking to my room, the carpet was covered in stains. My toilet was in terrible shape and I even went to get a toilet brush and I couldn’t get off the rust stains. My phone wouldn’t work so I had to walk back to the front desk. There is no restaurant or bar and the continental breakfast is a joke. I will never be going back.

The hotel was sold out for a concert. We waited in line to check in for over an hour at 4pm. Rooms were not ready at that time for check in.

Doing updates to hotel and looks nice so far
