Beautiful views clean rooms comfortable beds friendly staff easy access to beach if not handicap nice dcks on the first floor parking spaces a little small but manageable

We stayed on the first floor in the jacuzzi tub rooms. The set up is amazing, the view, the chairs, the fire pit. Take the stairs to be right on the beach. The shower floor was pretty slippery so be aware. Besides that everything was amazing will be back next time we visit Lincoln City.
