Thieves! I am in a critical position as I could not get back the refund for my room in Apollo - you sent me to Sino that is a nightmare and could not wash !?!!!! Indian standard at UK prices !!???? I want my money back urgently ! Do contact me

Do not book this property unless you want to arrive and be told it’s cancelled. You will then get made to pay a higher rate or you will be left with nowhere to stay that night. You will then be denied a refund for any form of compensation from the hotel even though they cancelled without telling us.

The staff were very friendly however the property was not as advertised. The room was a lot smaller, not much more than a box room and no air con, only a window. I would suggest they update all their facilities or advertise the rooms in their true form.
