We had some good days in this small hotel. It is very close to the beach. The service is quite good and the staff really helpfull and friendly. My recommendations to the owner: please care for anti gnats in the rooms. It does not make fun to fight gnats in the night. And such devices are not expensive! Breakfast: I'd recommend to offer real juice at breakfast. Air condition is top and strong. Put any drink on top of the wardrobe and you get it perfectly cool. So the missing fridge is not really missing.

This hotel met all our needs. We stayed on bed and breakfast basis and used a car to get out and about. Would recommend for a low key stay in Grado where you want to be out and about.

Good located, breakfast ok but could be some more to choose from. Nice for a three night stay.
