Really enjoyed the stay and the staff was hospitable. Only issue was the maid walking in at 9:45 AM on Saturday morning while my wife was in the shower with the “Do Not Disturb” hanging on the door. We were booked through Sunday but for staff to enter an occupied room without waiting on a response from an occupant - WOW!

I attempted to reschedule this by a day when I realized I messed up the dates on the hotel.com app. I called, chatted, emailed with customer service at hotels.com. They contacted management, I contacted management. Management would not allow me to reschedule and did not refund me or work with me at all. Awful experience. I will no longer do business with them or hotels.com.

The room was ok except there appeared to have been someone smoking in it previous to my stay as well as the filter on the AC unit had not been cleaned (it was caked with lint. I attemped to clean it as best I could but it needs vacuuming). Also,the grandkids were disappointed that the waterfalls in the kids pool did not seem to work. Other than that, I would liked the "resturant opened longer for breakfast But the staff was great and, overall, the stay was great! Thanks alot!
