Air conditioner was very loud, refrigerator did not work. The faucet was very wobbly. Bathroom door wouldn’t stay shut. Stains all over the ceiling. Served breakfast, very limited options. Very few amenities in the room. I feel like the price should have been half of what I paid for it due to the condition of the room.

I had an unexpected injury so could not attend my event. There was no cancellation which ok sure I understand but I could not switch my dates or location. Very frustrating but in future will make sure I avoid these situations.
