The location was great, and the customer service was excellent. However, the place is very noisy; therefore, do not expect to sleep soundly.

Very nice room, and door staff were very friendly and helpful with getting bags up and downstairs as the elevator has been out of order forever according to one of the staff! So just be mindful if you need elevator access. Room was clean and tidy (though the perfume used on the linen was a little overpowering at first). It was great for a no frills business trip to Miami.
