made reservation and paid you for 2 rooms. Upon arrival found doors locked. From business next door told business has been closed for months. You are partaking in fraud. Checking with authorities now and filed a complaint with my credit card company for reimbursement which you submitted right away for payment. We had to drive an hour and a half away to find a place to stay and drive back 1.5 hours in the morning to to make our meeting. Thanks for nothing

Do not book here! We received confirmation but when we got there, the hotel had shut down with no notification. We had to check several hotels before finding one that has room for us at the last minute!

I do not recommend this motel. While it is generally clean, many of the services it claimed to offer were not available or operational, including TV, internet, the pool and vending machines. One had to call a phone number for in-person front desk service because no one was on duty. It’s an older motel that was closed for a few years and apparently recently reopened. The first room I was assigned had no working lights in the bathroom. The refrigerator in the second room sounded like a winter storm roaring outside. I asked for a credit for my 5-day stay and was told it was in order. After early checkout (no one was at the front desk again) I was charged the full rate. I called and was promised a call-back by manager, but did not receive it.
