Welcoming facilities, very clean, and comfortable. There was a digital check-in option available, but a staff member was quickly available for me to check-in seamlessly. Checking out was a but more problematic, as there was no digital option. There was a line of guests, including myself, waiting to check out for over 10 minutes. We flagged down a staff member from another area of the hotel to finally receive assistance. She was very kind and apologetic, which was appreciated.

My staying was not so good, because the cleaning of the room. Due to the pandemic en 2022, the rooms don’t get cleaned everyday, now they get cleaned every 2 days. My room was supposed to be cleaned on Saturday. We confirmed that with the cleaning lady, and we arrived at 10pm and they just exchanged the towels but they didn’t even made the bed or clean the toilet. This was my only day to get my room cleaned during my stay. That was upsetting

Kids from sports tournament everywhere. Lodge them on the first floor, not on upper floors. We had to call every night over 3 nights, after 10pm, to complain about running and jumping above us.
