Fabulous location. Wonderful staff. Excellent breakfast. Rooms are basic and small. No storage space. Lots of street noise.

The good: Amazing location, great staff and good breakfast. The bad: very noisy and smokey. Rooms are basic and run down.

We had the most wonderful stay! I traveled with my two grown kids, and it was a nice surprise that my son has his own room. We also had a balcony that overlooked the beautiful Cathedral! Biona, at the front desk was amazing! She was kind, patient with us, and went above and beyond for us! The restaurant was incredible, and the staff was very friendly! The location is perfect for the Christmas Market, and I highly recommend this hotel!!
