Always a good stay here, my only complaint would be (and this is across the board for every hotel I’ve stayed at!) there is never enough of the luggage carts

When I arrived, I asked if I could pay the difference and switch to a room with two beds. My daughter had decided she wanted to invite a friend. I was told that because I ordered through expedia I could not make any changes at all. Which meant I had to cancel my daughters plans. The kitchen was not fully equipped for cooking. I came with the intention to cook but the information I found in the room said that i could 'purchase' a dish set and a cookware set at the front desk. I didn't wish to speak with anyone at the desk with how absolutely unhelpful they had been during check in and i certainly had not intended to spend more money just to purchase things to cook with. I would advise people to bring pots and pans and dishes if you plan to cook. The hotel was fine, but thats all. Only fine. When I travel, I get excited to see the hotel and its amenities. I am expecting a few 'ooo look at this' moments. I expect 2 bars of soap, 1 for the shower, 1 for the sink. I expect shampoo and conditioner to be available, maybe a lotion if you're lucky! I expect to see 2 washcloths, 2 towels and 2 handtowels as well as a bath mat. I only found 2 washcloths and 2 towels. This hotel is doing the bare minimum. Like they are striving to be a hotel that only people who cannot afford better end up. The hallways smell like 17 different flavors of top ramen and you can hear peoples babies screaming through the night and alarms going off in the morning. Shopping center is cool.
