The photos of the hotel are very misleading the place is extremely worn down, and I was honestly quite disappointed. The worst part was the bathroom, where a sign stated that toilet paper must not be thrown into the toilet. I have traveled to many countries, but I have never seen anything like this before. The staff were polite enough, but they generally seemed disengaged and uninterested in their jobs. I never once saw them smile. The only person who stood out positively was the doorman, Raamu, who always greeted us with a smile and asked if we were doing well. Another major issue was that all the window handles had been removed, making it impossible to air out the room especially unpleasant after taking a shower. This created a feeling of being trapped. The only positive thing was that the room was cleaned daily, but unfortunately, this does not change the fact that the stay overall was a very poor experience.
