The bungalow complex lies approximately 2 km from the city centre and sandy beach. A supermarket, bar, restaurant and shopping mall can be found some 800 m away.||The complex contains bungalow-type apartments. It includes a swimming pool (opening and closing dates subject to agreement with the neighbours), garden, childrens area and barbecue.||There are two types of apartments available to guests. One kind comes with dining room/ lounge with a double sofa bed, 2 bedrooms for 2 people, a bathroom (most with a shower), a kitchen, a washing machine and a terrace. The other apartments are bungalows with 2 floors and access to a basement floor. The first floor contains a dining room/ lounge with a double sofa bed, a bathroom, a kitchen, a washing machine and a terrace. In the lower floor there are 2 bedrooms sleeping 2 people, a fully equipped bathroom and a terrace.||There is a pool and barbecue area in the gardens.
