All Colombian citizens, regardless of the length of their stay, and all foreigners who stay in the country for at least 60 consecutive days, are required to pay a national sales tax (19%) on their accommodation during their stay. Foreign citizens with a tourist visa are exempt from paying this tax. If the person subject to tax and another person exempt from tax share the same room, the rate may be applied to the entire room.Please inform Casa Encuentro Ecolodge in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of COP 20000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Breakfast are available from 8:30 am to 9:30am. Coffee and tea station from 8:00 am from 18:00 hrs note check in is from 14:00 and check out until 12:00. Please note the front desk has attention until 19:00.
