Straightforward, no frills, clean place. Quick to respond and super friendly. The bed was surprisingly comfortable.

I did not use all of the available amenities like the kitchen and Pac-Man arcade game but it was what I needed. Staff was responsive it's quite and clean.

So many things provided that I didn’t expect. Coin operated laundry, huge TVs, free streaming TV shows and movies, and in the common area, an arcade game, a computer, heck, I am probably missing stuff. The bed was huge and comfortable. I was a little worried about sharing a bathroom with 5 rooms, but it was never a problem. On my floor, there were two bathrooms and three showers. There was only one occasion when someone was using a bathroom when I needed to, and so I simply used the other one. The room was clean, and had a panoramic view of 11th street. It was within walking distance of the University of Oregon *and* downtown Eugene. The staff is friendly and nice. I highly recommend Counting Zack for your next trip to Eugene.
